Free Medical Camp

Rockford Free Clinic at ICNA
The goal is to provide basic medical care at west side underserved population. That includes but is not limited to checking vitals, BP, Blood sugar, basic health checks, and screening and referral to appropriate facilities if needed. 
Volunteer base once a week starting with 2 hrs and may extend if needed
At least 3 people will be staffed per week
A Physician/Provider and
Two volunteers work as nurses or assistants to physicians and help set up and wrap up the clinic. 
The schedule of volunteers and physicians will be open tothe  public and organized and managed by a small core team. 
Proposed time 11am to 1pm for 2 hrs every Saturday of the month with soup kitchen
Proposed start date: April 5th 2025
